Scheduled an appointment to change a tire, waited for 1.5 hours, and after leaving, I encountered a tire pressure error. To my surprise, upon checking with my own gauge, none of the four tires had the correct air pressure as indicated on the door frame. It's disappointing to see such a basic oversight. This experience has eroded my trust in the competence of Kal Tire, and I hope Kal Tire's head office takes proper actions.

Tire team at the New Westminster location went out of their way to find wheels and new tires that would fit. I would have had to wait more than two weeks for wheels to be ordered in from the dealership. My car is back up and running and I am very grateful. Cars were sliding around everywhere in the recent snowstorm… and despite being RWD, I made it back home safely. Thank you very much!

Booked appointment to get three tires with nails fixed. They had the tires for over 3hours got a massage saying they were ready for pickup then tried to charge $170 for a simple fix and on inspection of tires when i got home they didn’t fix them nails still in tires. I have had great service there before but clearly with all the new staff now I don’t see myself going back
I brought my truck in to get winter tires installed. I was told that front & back brakes were 10% & 30% respectively. 2 calipers were seized and cracked. I agreed to replace them as well as ftont brake lines. When i got my truck back they replaced all 4 rotors and all 4 calipers which i was not told about. I paid the bill because i need my truck for work. These guys give the industry a bad name. The bill was basically double what it should have been.

Good, honest people. I asked for an alignment with my new tires, they generously discounted me on that service and when the time came they did an alignment check and found it didnt need it so they didnt charge me a dime. Wow, thanks guys for your honesty, most other shops would have charged me regardless.
